Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AP 901 LTD ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AP 901 LTD provides advanced software development and strategic advisory services, including but not limited to:

Blockchain infrastructure development
Artificial intelligence applications
Web3 advisory and consulting
Software architecture and design
Technical consulting and strategy

3. Payment Terms

We accept both fiat currency (GBP, EUR, USD) and cryptocurrency payments. Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements.

All fees are due as specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges as permitted by UK law.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed software and deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

4.2 Our Rights

We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in project development.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements may be required for sensitive projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

AP 901 LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Warranty and Support

We provide warranties as specified in individual project agreements. Support and maintenance terms will be outlined in project documentation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
